Got to admit, I've been spending more time on Facebook than my Blog... sorry.

The national trend in real estate seems to be stabilizing, but my perception is the consumer confidence is still shaky - hope the fed helps more than they hurt that situation.

Of course pricing is the best it's been and is expected to climb slowing by most sources, so affordability is at an all time high = TIME TO BUY.

The sunshine was a real pick me up yesterday and with a busy week, it sure helps.

Be interesting what history tells us about our economy and the real estate market down the road. We hear so much speculation - bottom, no bottom yet... bottom line is this is a good time to move up or buy that first home!

Affordability index is at an all time high.

Why unpack... another weekend with friends at the river. Seems like we've been gone every weekend lately - Ha!

Home for a while now! Busy week ahead.

Another busy weekend and now...

Another quick trip to NC to visit friends and family. Then hop back in the car to return for our Reynolds Can Division reunion.

Wonderful to see so many friends that meant so much during my 30 years at Reynolds.

And back up and running for a busy week at work...

Road trip

Spent four days on the road to Ohio and back - three stops and great time with family.

Second day back and I'm still sluggish - Ha!
