Richmond again shows it diversity with the latest housing reports - prices stayed flat for the 3rd quarter and sales marginally over 3rd quarter of last year.


Of course this is backward looking data and Richmond generally lags the state and country in general... the future will tell whether we have bottomed out or not, but it certainly seems that now is a good time to buy or move up. [Data from CVRMLS Report]

Took a weekend away to visit family and friends in North Carolina... always good to take a breather and get rejuvenated.
